It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Ann Cronin of Scituate, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 26, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Reidy and John D. Reidy; her siblings, John David Reidy, Jr. and Ursula Turano (Reidy); her husband John F. Cronin, Jr.; and her sons, John F. Cronin, III, Daniel Patrick Cronin and Mark Reidy Cronin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Ann (Cronin), Sabin and Deirdre Cronin Kyle; her grandchildren, Crystal Ann Cronin, Gregory J. Sabin, Eilish Ann Cronin, Daniel P. Cronin, Jr., Victoria Cynthia Kyle, John F. Cronin and Ryan S. Kyle; her great grandchildren, Simon, Harrison, Margaret, Aila, Owen, Scarlett, Giana and Francis; and her sisters-in-law, Audrey Reidy, Marguerite Cronin and Marge Cronin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Assumption Church (40 Canal St, Marshfield, MA 02050). A burial was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at the St. Mary's Cemetery (44 Meeting House Ln, Scituate, MA 02066).
