He is survived by: his wife Gail; his son Peter; his mother Sallie; his pet Lily; his siblings, Bruce Jardim (Sheila) of Carver, Carol O'Neill (Bob Spidell) of Holliston and Patricia Reilly (Gregg) of Marshfield; his nieces and nephews, Andrew, Dylan, Kate, Audrey, Emily, Kevin and Brett; his great-nieces, Lucia and Roselia; and also, Barbara, Wayne (Sally), Stephen (Ruth), Ellen and Laurie (Carl).
In lieu of flowers, Brett hopes that donations will be made to The Jimmy Fund at: Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
