He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale D'Onofrio and Rose D'Onofrio; his stepmother Mary; and his brother John. He is survived by: his close friends, Lang, Cote, Architectural, Antony P. D'Onofrio Architects and Planners; his wife Margaret D'Onofrio (Peg); his children, Laura D'Onofrio of Watertown and Mark D'Onofrio (Nancy) of Scituate; his brother Ralph (Charlene) of Upton, MA; his niece Julie; and his nephews, Michael, David and John.
