She was predeceased by: her parents, James Anthony and Alice Mary Russo (O'Brien); her husband Harold F. Messias; her sons, John Messias and Steven Messias; and her siblings, James Russo, Jr. and Carol Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Spinella (Joe) of Scituate, MA and Harold F. Messias, Jr. (Doraine) of Colorado Springs, CO; her grandchildren, Joseph, Matthew, Anthony, Nicholas, Kylie, Elizabeth, Rachael and AJ; her great grandchild Isla Elizabeth Abshire; her sister Paula Russo McKeever of Lynnfield, MA; and her daughter-in-law Karen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
