He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Mary (John Lake) of Osterville, MA, Karen Monaco, Thomas Monaco of Brookline, MA, Michael and Elizabeth Monaco of Scituate, MA.; his grandchildren, Kimberly Conrad (Corey) of Scituate, MA, Robin Gutierrez (Sebastian) of Scituate, MA, Michael Monaco (Casey Repasy) of Jersey City, NJ and John Lake III (Elizabeth) of Marshfield, MA; and also, Frankie, Maddie of Scituate, Mairead Conrad, Corey Michael Conrad and John Lake IV.
