Howell Jr., Joan Howell of Lawrence and Pamela Harris (Robert) of Saugus; his grandchildren, Jackie (Scott Mercurio), Jillian Howell and Anthony Howell; his siblings, John Howell and Robert Howell; and his siblings-in-law, Marjorie Howell, Louise O'Connell and Mary Valliere. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews Service Information Relatives and Friends.
