He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Appel and Lillian Appel (Samuels). He is survived by: his wife Maureen Appel (Parsons); his children, Joshua Appel and Rachel Scott (Appel); and his grandchildren, Eli, Scott and Elaina Scott.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Stanetsky-Hymanson Memorial Chapel (10 Vinnin St, Salem, MA 01970). A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Sharon Memorial Park (40 Dedham St, Sharon, MA 02067).
