She was predeceased by: her husband William. She is survived by: her children, John White (Juliet) and Marilyn Beckwith (Fred); her grandchildren, Daniel Beckwith, Heather Scalera, Krista Casler, Kara Prahl and Timothy White; her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Megan Scalera, Josiah, William Casler, Micah, Carter, Benjamin Prahl, Levi, Theo, Lydia and Charlie White; and her brothers, Major Robert Hussey (Janene) and Richard Hussey (Susan).
Donations in Violet's memory can be made to the Cuba Mission Trip and sent to New Beginnings Church of the Nazarene, 33 Staniels Road, Loudon, NH 03307 as the last few years she has prayed for and financially supported the pastors in Cuba.
