He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincenzo Bono and Lucia Bono (Sclafani); his former wife Diane Bono (McDonald); and his siblings, Anthony, Augustus, Joseph Bono and Nina Esposito.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Wise-Bono; his children, Krystin D. Silva (Steven) of Lynn, Vincent M. Bono of Lynn and Matthew K. Bono of Malden; his grandchildren, Charlotte Marie (Charlie) and Theodore James Silva (Teddy); and his siblings, Francis Bono and Josephine Frate of Medford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
