He was predeceased by: his wife Edith Ciampa (Forti); his parents, Vincenzo Ciampa and Angelina Ciampa (Pasquarillo); and his siblings, Angelo, Joseph, Carmen Ciampa, Josephine Perullo, Mary Gregorio, Delia Montalbano and Anna Perullo.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joyce Ciampa Shiner of Saugus and Jayne Ciampa (Paul Muise); and his grandchildren, Jimmy (Chrissy), Scott, Jill, Jeanna, Jesse, Steven, Cassidy and Michael.
