He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald J. and Mary J. Shea (Evitts). He is survived by: his siblings, Donald C. Shea (Rose) of Groveland, Maureen A. Garabedian (Gary Clapp), Jean M. Barbanti (late Anthony) of Saugus and Kathleen White (Mike) of Lynn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
