He is survived by: his spouse Meredith; his daughter Susan; his granddaughter Stephanie; his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Haley; his sons, Jeff of Saugus, Gary (Tara) and Matthew White (Jennifer); his grandson Daniel; his great grandchild Deven; and also, Aaron White (Deanna Silva), Sarah and Kayla. He is also survived by his five children, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of cards or flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
