She was predeceased by: her husband Charles N. Wormstead III; her parents, Charles F. Cleasby and Minnie M. Cleasby (McGrath); and her daughter Linda Wilkinson. She is survived by: her children, Candace Daigle of Saugus, Charles N. Wormstead IV, Gail Pelley of Reading, Frank Bane and Billy Bane. She is also survived by her fifteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
