He was predeceased by: his spouse Madeline Maccaro (Chilles); and his child Salvatore "Salvy" Maccaro. He is survived by: his children, Paula Maccaro-Palermo (Richard Sr), Danny Maccaro and Henry Maccaro; his wife Lee of Weymouth; his grandchildren, Anthony, Farrah, Richard Jr. and Janel; and his great grandchild Jack. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
