It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Marie Smith of Saugus, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 30, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd Smith; and her parents, John Pierni and Nunzia "Nancy" Pierni (Carbone). She is survived by: her children, Michael Smith (Debra) of Rowley and Lisa Tricomi (Bob) of Peabody; her grandchildren, Jeremy Smith, Joel Smith (Jennah), Jonathan Smith (Natale), Erica Tricomi (Richie Silva) and Briana Tricomi (Shawn Smith); her great grandchildren, Clayton, Jacobbe, Madison, Jovian and Tyler; and her siblings, Helen Fontana of Saugus and Anthony "Sonny" Pierni.
