He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Gillespie and Mary Gillespie (Frazier); his sons, Robert Gillespie, Jr. of Peabody, Steven Gillespie of Tewksbury and Mark Gillespie of Danvers; his brothers, Leo Gillespie of Saugus and Francis Gillespie of Stoneham; his son Brian Gillespie; and his brothers, John, William, Arthur and Albert.
