We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2021, at the age of 92, Rita G. (Pucciarella) O'Brien of Saugus, Massachusetts, born in East Boston, Massachusetts passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rita G. (Pucciarella) O'Brien to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband James W. O'Brien II; her parents, Pasquale Pucciarella and Mary Pucciarella (Potenza); and her brother Lawrence Pucciarella. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Mantia of Saugus, James W. O'Brien III of Salem and Kevin O'Brien of Salem; and her siblings, Jean Rossi of Saugus, Eleanor Losco, Elizabeth Pucciarella and Anna Millette. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
