She was predeceased by: her husband John L. Frederick; and her parents, Alton Perry and Doris Perry (Stout). She is survived by: her children, John D. Frederick of Saugus, Gail A. Berrett (Walter) of Saugus, Gary A. Frederick (Donna) of Salem, NH, Deborah L. Lowell (Richard) of Saugus and Donna M. Berrett (Gordon) of Saugus. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
