He was predeceased by: his spouse Paula Puccia (Bush); and his sibling Sally Puccia. He is survived by: his children, Frank S. Puccia (Linda) of Saugus, Patricia Galvin (Jim) of Peabody and Philip A. Puccia, Jr. (Katherine) of Naperville; and his siblings, Frances Ventre, Josephine Pace and Rose Puccia. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren & 1 great grandson.
