He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Richards and Loretta Richards (Crowley); his wife Kathy (Howard); and his sister Mary Couturier. He is survived by: his children, Michael Richards (Christina) and Linda Cicolini (Carmine); his grandchildren, Dominic, Carly, Maddyn, Aubrey and Noelle; his brothers, Henry "Butch" Richards (Kathy) and John "Jack" Richards; and his close friends, Carl, JoAnne Kuehner and Doug Grant. He is also survived by siblings and their families, several nieces and nephews.

You may not know the name of the Lynn Mayor at the time but you knew Paul. He seemed to be everywhere and knew everybody. He resurrects real pleasant childhood memories for me.
