He was predeceased by: his wife Marie R. Anzalone (Spinale); and his brother Eugene "Butch" Anzalone. He is survived by: his children, Patrick A. Anzalone of Georgetown and Michelle Anzalone (John) of Saugus; his grandson John Christopher of Saugus; and his sister Betty A. Solano.
