He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harrington Marshall and Hilda Marshall (Wolfe); his brother Jack Marshall; and his brother-in-law Edward Falasca. He is survived by: his wife Mary (Thibeau); his children, Laura Marshall (Donald Follett) of Saugus, Ben Marshall (Maureen) of Haverhill and Kelley Shea (Rick) of Norwood; his grandchildren, Lee, Katelynn, Amanda, Ryan, Sydney and Rick Jr.; his great grandchildren, Ashlynn, Brooklyn, Brody, Landon, Asher and Ensley; and his siblings, Marilyn Falasca of Saugus, Edwin Marshall (Jean) of Saugus and Lois Seely.
