He was predeceased by: his father Alphonse N. Lombardi. He is survived by: his mother Virginia M. Lombardi (Capodilupo) of Saugus; and his brother David A. Lombardi (Gina) of Natick. He is also survived by four godchildren, as well as numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
