He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret E. Stewart (Durgin); and his parents, Merton J. Stewart and Ruth M. Stewart (Ewing). He is survived by: his children, Robert Stewart of Falmouth and Laurel Cifuni (Stephen) of Revere; his grandchildren, Rachel and Stephen; and his sister Priscilla Ethel Moore (Robert) of Falmouth.
