She is survived by: her children, Dr. John "Jay" Kaminski, MD (Tracey Gallagher) of Costa Rica, Karen Caires (Matt) of Chelmsford, Richard Kaminski (Rosa) of Nicaragua and Thomas Kaminski (Katie); her grandchildren, Lindsey, Jay, Matt, Adrienne, Dennis, Kirt, Kreg, Emily, Theresa and Michael; her great grandchild Emma; and her brothers, Edward Glebus of Plymouth and Robert Glebus.
