She was predeceased by: her father Nicolo D'Angelo. She is survived by: her husband Antonio D'Alfonso; her mother Domenica D'Angelo (Saraceni) of Malden; her children, Antonio D'Alfonso Jr. of Wakefield and Gina D'Alfonso (Joseph Field) of Saugus; her grandson Jojo; and her brother Nicolo D'Angelo Jr. (Maria) of Saugus. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
