She was predeceased by: her husband John L. Fahy; her parents, Domenic Pettito and Anna Pettito (Nolan); and her siblings, Donald Pettito and Phyllis MacDonald.
She is survived by: her children, John P. Fahy of Saugus, Julie A. Bowen (Rick) of Reading and Anne F. Schmidel of Newburyport; and her grandchildren, Jack, Gracie and Henry. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
