We are sad to announce that on August 6, 2020, at the age of 92, Joseph Markowski Sr. of Saugus, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Rose "Vera" Markowski (Manfre); his parents, Andrew Markowski and Marcyanna Markowski (Wladkowski); his siblings, Anna Bucko, Irene Anzalone, Anthony and Stanley Markowski; and his great grandchild Vincent Alviti Jr..

He is survived by: his children, Kathy Cucinelli (David), Joe Markowski, Jr. (Nancy), Michael Markowski (Robin) and Carol Varone (Michael); his grandchildren, Nicole Alviti (Vincent), Michael Varone (Sarah), Michelle Hussey (Sean), David Cucinelli (Mikayla Benoit) and Joseph Michael Markowski; his great grandchildren, Leo Michael Varone and Ayla Hussey; and his friend Claire Chalifour. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
