He is survived by: his siblings, Holly (Edward Kirby) of Wilmington, Heather (George Doyle) of Melrose, Michael (Sheila Palczynski) of Dover, NH and Carol (Daniel Morgan) of Salem; his nieces and nephews, Erin, John, Katie, Kyle, Hannah, Cameron, Matthew and Elisabeth; his former wife Frances Blandini; his children, Joseph and Samantha Palczynski; and his granddaughters, Charlotte and Margot.
