He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hanlon and Rita Hanlon (Costello). He is survived by: his significant other Sarah "Sally" (Gagliardi); and his children, Big Gramp, Doodoo, John Hanlon, Jeanne Riley and Patricia McCarrier. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; his sisters, nieces, nephews and in-laws.
