He is survived by: his parent Frances Guarino (Sacco); his children, John Guarino III (Patricia) of Arlington, Thomas Guarino (Rose) of East Boston, Michael Guarino of Everett, Ralph Guarino (Patricia) of East Boston and Cherise Guarino; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Ralph, Janine, Thomas, Samuel and Linda; his great grandchild Christian; and his husband Edward of East Boston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
