He was predeceased by: his parents, James Duggan and Julia Duggan (Burns). He is survived by: his spouse Cecelia Duggan (Samms); his daughters, Catherine D. Sutherby (Dan) of Sudbury and Josephine Lee (James) of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Jaclyn, Nicholas and Kevin; his sister Margaret "Peg" Walsh of Medford; and his nieces and nephews, Ken, David, Steven, Cheryl and Kim.
