He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Joseph Sweeney of South Boston. He is survived by: his spouse Jeanmarie O'Brien (Sweeney); his parents, John D. O'Brien and Anna O'Brien (O'Leary) of Saugus; his children, Joseph of Saugus, John "Jack" of Saugus and Hannah O'Brien of Saugus; his siblings, Denise O'Brien of Saugus, Daniel O'Brien (Pamela Casey O'Brien) of Saugus and Kevin O'Brien (Lauren) of North Reading; his parent-in-law Jean; his siblings-in-law, Susan Lee (Tony) of Ontario, CA, Joseph Sweeney of South Boston and Kelley Hannon (Michael) of Hingham; and his nieces and nephews, Owen, Miles, Mathew, Alexandra, Youssef, Philip, James, Michael and Daniel. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles.

Adhering to the mandate of the state and CDC guidelines, face coverings and proper social distancing will be required.
