With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joanne Howard of Saugus, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 3, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Joanne may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Marshall McConnon and Mary Patrice (Raftery); her son-in-law Michael Darden; and her siblings, Jeanne, John and Kenny.
She is survived by: her husband David; and her daughter Kim Howard. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand nephews, and cousins.
Joanne also helped develop charity events and the annual auction at the Clark School for Creative Learning in Danvers.
