He was predeceased by: his parents, Pietro Mosca and Carmella Mosca (Viscione); his wife Mabel Mosca (Riley); and his siblings, Nicholas Mosca, Frank "Lucky" Mosca, Anthony "Chubby" Mosca and Edith Greathead.

He is survived by: his children, Teri Coluntino (Joe) of Stoneham, Jimmy Mosca of Stoneham, Dave Mosca (Roy Silva) of Palm Desert, CA and Lisa Jones (Neil) of Saugus; his sister Mary Rowe of Everett; and his grandchildren, Nicole, Joseph, Jim, Christopher and Nicholas.
