It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene V. (Goscinak) Payne (Saugus, Massachusetts), born in Chelsea, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 31, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Richard A. Payne; and her siblings, Carl, Sophie Kozen and Stella O'Brien. She is survived by: her niece Donna O'Brien of Saugus; and her siblings, Walter Goscinak (Grace) of Everett, Phyllis Neri (Raymond) of Chelsea, Chester and Edward Goscinak.
