With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert Vargas of Saugus, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 17, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Manuel. He is survived by: his daughter Virginia Delani (Steve) of Saugus; his wife Dorothy J. Vargas (Sousa); his son Robert Vargas of Reading; his grandchildren, TJ, Nicholas Chella and Matthew Vargas; and his siblings, Joseph Vargas (Peggy), Filomena Delgado (Joe) of Methuen, Albert Vargas (Rose) of Methuen, Jimmy Vargas (Donna) of Haverhill, Fernando Vargas (Maria) of Somerville and Carmen Vargas. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and dear friends.
