He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet Marie (Koby) and Welch-Harrison; and his siblings, Kathleen Chapman and Mark S. Welch. He is survived by: his brothers, Lawrence "Larry" Welch (Nancy) and William P. Welch (Diana); his nieces and nephews, Joshua Chapman of Boston, Jessica Lynn Downey Welch (Joseph), Melissa Marie (Luke Quiron), Carmen Welch, Valerie Welch, Angel Welch, Chrissy Welch, Cora Welch, Kasey Welch, Lawrence "LJ" Welch and Elicia Welch; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, William, Tyler Cyr, Charlotte, Elsie Quiron, Nolan, Nelson Downey, Olivia Welch and Everly Welch. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Welsh Funeral Home (718 Broadway, Chelsea, MA 02150). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
