Welch (Diana); his nieces and nephews, Joshua Chapman of Boston, Jessica Lynn Downey Welch (Joseph), Melissa Marie (Luke Quiron), Carmen Welch, Valerie Welch, Angel Welch, Chrissy Welch, Cora Welch, Kasey Welch, Lawrence "LJ" Welch and Elicia Welch; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, William, Tyler Cyr, Charlotte, Elsie Quiron, Nolan, Nelson Downey, Olivia Welch and Everly Welch. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
