He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel O'Brien and Helen O'Brien (Jankowski). He is survived by: his brother Daniel O'Brien, Jr. (Diane) of Saugus; and his nieces, Jennifer McMahon (Brian) of Seekonk and Julie Dennis (Kevin) of Derry, NH. He is also survived by two great nieces and 1 great nephew.
