He was predeceased by: his wife Judith E. Haggis (Kilgore); his parents, Charles Haggis and Julia Haggis (Kallias); and his brother John Haggis. He is survived by: his children, Charles Haggis, Ken Haggis and Stacey Vigliotta (Jerry); and his granddaughter Rachel Vigliotta. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
