He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Marshall and Hilda Marshall (Wolfe); and his siblings, John "Jack" Marshall, Jr., Norman B. Marshall and Lois Seely.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean L. (Elderbaum); his children, Denice Aiello (Edward) of Peabody, Sandra J. Hale (Alan) of Scottsdale, AZ, Edwin "Brad" Marshall, Jr. (late Valerie) of Peabody and David G. Marshall (Stephanie) of Columbus, OH; and his sister Marilyn Falasca of Saugus. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
