She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Penney and Clarence Penney; and her brother Steven Penney. She is survived by: her daughters, Natalie A. Vinard (Chris) of West Newbury, MA and Jacquelyn Bean-Earner (Michael Earner) of York, Maine.; and her brother Wayne Penney of Saugus. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
