He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his sons, Daniel Lowney (Janice Martell) of Saugus, Michael Lowney (Lauren) of Sharon, Scott Lowney (Melinda) of Saugus and Stephen Lowney (Joanna) of New Bedford; his grandchildren, Kalina, Shea, Maleah, Gavin and Michael; and his great grandchild Connor.
