She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin "Bucker" Holmes and Beatrice L. Holmes (Wright); her son Andrew Mills; and her siblings, Robert Holmes, Edwin Holmes and Barbara Sawyer.
She is survived by: her husband William Mills; and her children, James Donovan of Saugus, Daniel Donovan of Peabody, Brenda Cogliandro, Linda Potenza of Haverhill, Billy Joe Mills of Lynn, Virginia Mills, Joseph Mills of Saugus and Federico Mills. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 52 foster children.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home (549 Lincoln Ave, Saugus, MA 01906).
