She was predeceased by: her parents, Rocco Mazullo and Rose Mazullo (Picucci); her son William Grasso; and her brothers, Leo, Michael and John Mazullo.
She is survived by: her husband Louis Grasso; her children, Louis Grasso, Jr. (Dawn) of Wilmington, Cynthia Diamond (Paul), Billerica and Joanne Kane (late Robert) of Manchester, NH; and her grandchildren, Tara, Rob, Jeffrey, Amanda, Cassandra and Samantha. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
