He was predeceased by: his parents, Axel Uggerholt and Dagney Uggerholt (Henriksen); and his son Chris. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen of Sandwich, MA and Karl (Laura) of Conway, NH; his daughter-in-law Nancy of Bartlett; his grandchildren, Craig of Medford, MA, Kathryn of Cambridge, MA and Kimberly of Brooklyn, NY; his stepgrandsons, Samuel and James Van Nuland of Lowell, MA; and his friend Betty Brager of Crosby.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to a charity of one's choice can be made.
