He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel O'Neil and Rita O'Neil. He is survived by: his wife Mary O'Neil; his children, Colleen Hughes (Sean) of Weymouth, MA, Erin O'Neil of Dorchester, MA and Meghan O'Neil of Dorchester, MA.; his grandchildren, Emily, Patrick and Timothy Hughes; and his siblings, Kathy Tolland (Mark) and Danny O'Neil (Marge). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“Tom was a great guy. I have fond memories of working the pan game at the Knights of Columbus carnival every July. He was a loving father and husband. We spent many hours watching his girls playing sports in Scituate and seeing him and Mary at Mass and around town. He will be missed by all. Rest in peace my friend.”
