She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Weaver and Elizabeth Weaver (Wixon). She is survived by: her husband Andrew H. Burbank; her son Daniel Burbank; her daughter-in-law Jessica Ogarek of Providence, RI; her daughter Samantha Burbank; her son-in-law Christopher Tenters of Marston's Mills; her grandson Andrew; her sister Karen Weaver (Ron Cooper) of Mashpee; and her siblings-in-law, Leslie, Rex Forte of Colorado, Glen, Marybeth Burbank of Sandwich, Kevin, Margaret Burbank of Sandwich and Ann Burbank (Gerald Scott) of Sandwich. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider making a donation to the American Heart Association in Susan's name.
