He was predeceased by: his father Robert Merrill, Sr.; and his brother Corey Merrill. He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Juaire (Peter); his wife Elizabeth Merrill; his children, Jonathon and Seanna Lemos (Matt); his brother Robert Merrill, Jr. (Kendra); his nephew Timothy; his niece Kaitlyn; his stepsisters, Danielle Juaire and Renee Maxwell; his niece Faith Merrill; and also, Daniel and Madison.
