He is survived by: his wife Pamela Smyth Baker; his children, Roupen Baker III (Chrissie) of Mexico and Krisanne Baker of Maine; his grandsons, James Baker of Florida and Ian Rixon of Maine; and his brother James Baker (Diana) of Newburyport.
